I'm a business owner and a mother, and both of those shape how I approach real estate. Running a business taught me to care about operations — the details, deadlines and follow-through that decide whether something goes smoothly or becomes stressful. Being a parent taught me that a house is judged by ordinary weekday mornings, not by how it photographs.

I'm detail-oriented by nature. I like understanding how the pieces fit before committing, asking the thoughtful question that hasn't been asked yet, and thinking about long-term potential rather than only how a place feels on a first walkthrough. Practical fit matters to me more than polish: whether the layout works for your routine, whether the trade-offs are ones you can live with, and whether the timing genuinely makes sense for you.

Clear communication is the part I'm most deliberate about. You should always know where things stand, what's coming next and what a decision actually commits you to. If I don't know something, I'll say so and help you get the answer from the right professional — a lender, an inspector, a contractor, a title or tax expert.
